Saad AlRubaian
AlRubaian is a Chartered PR practitioner by the Chartered Institute of Public Relations in the UK (Chart.PR, CIPR), advisor, and social entrepreneur who carries over 18 years of diverse experience in Kuwait, UAE, and the UK. Since 2013, AlRubaian has been managing a boutique CSR agency, CYLKA, which has been awarded several industry recognitions, including being a global B Corp and a recipient of the Golden UAE Impact Seal. He is also a co-founder of a few other start-ups in the region, including the leading co-spaces platform (LetsWork), a production house (Studio Telfaz), and (i2 Preneur), the hub for Kuwaiti entrepreneurs with a passion for scalable opportunities. AlRubaian sits on multiple advisory and executive boards.
Fouz Fahad Al Sabah
Fouz Fahad Al Sabah holds a Master's in Cultural and Creative Industries from King’s College London and is the Founder of Khaleejesque Media, the first award-winning bilingual media brand that highlights the creativity of Arab Gulf youth through multi-platform content and community events. Fouz is also the Founder of Khaleejesque Consultancy, a multi-disciplinary agency and consultancy specializing in producing creative projects, cultural research, and initiatives that empower regional creative industries and professionals working within them.
Carol Mushriqui
Carol Mushriqui is an Executive Director at J.P. Morgan Private Bank in Dubai, specializing in family businesses and wealth preservation. With over 12 years at Deloitte and PwC, she advises on asset protection and succession planning. She leads Next Gen education programs in Europe and the Middle East. A UK Chartered Tax Advisor, she is also certified in Family Business Advising and Trust & Estate Planning.
Henadi Al-Saleh
Henadi Al-Saleh is the Chairperson of Agility, a global supply chain leader with 65,000 employees across six continents. She oversees corporate governance, digital transformation, and Agility’s innovation arm, Shipa. Al-Saleh joined Agility in 2007 and became Chairperson in 2014. Recognized by Forbes as a top businesswoman in the Middle East, she also serves on global advisory boards.
Taiba Hamad Al-Humaidhi
Taiba Hamad Al-Humaidhi is the founder of Lei Wa Lakom, a passionate advocate for financial literacy, women’s empowerment, and social impact. With a background in entrepreneurship, media, and public relations, Taiba has built Lei Wa Lakom into a multi-faceted initiative that bridges education, knowledge sharing, and financial inclusion. Her leadership has positioned Lei Wa Lakom as a transformative force in the region, driving meaningful conversations and real-world change.
