On April 14, 2025, Lei Wa Lakom held its second Financial Literacy Workshop at Kuwait University. The event was attended by university students who were interested in learning how to better manage their money.
The workshop included a talk by a financial expert who explained important topics like saving, budgeting, and planning for the future. Participants also watched a short animated video about financial literacy, which helped explain the ideas in an easy and clear way.
As the main sponsor, NBK played a key role in the workshop by teaching participants about bank security and how to protect themselves from scams. This important addition raised awareness on how to stay safe in today’s digital world and avoid falling victim to fraud.
