Lei Wa Lakom is an initiative aiming to open doors for women, it is founded by Taiba Al-Humaidhi, an entrepreneur that faced her own challenges and wanted to share them to help other women in the workplace.
The Lei Wa Lakom team is dynamic and for every season there is a team of young creatives that are full of talent. It is very important to Taiba to showcase local and regional talents that have a lot to give but haven't gotten the chance to work in big projects.
It is also a learning opportunity for younger talents that are new in the field to shadow their mentors and gain experience in the creative field. Anyone is welcome to join the Lei Wa Lakom team.
