Taiba Hamad Al-Humaidhi, founder of Lei Wa Lakom, is passionate about helping other women reach their full potential. Through this initiative, Taiba aims to bring the mentors closer to other women to learn from their experiences and learn from their challenges.
An entrepreneur, a mother, and a passionate advocate of women empowerment, Taiba has made a name for herself locally, regionally, and internationally. Taiba graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Management in 2006, being part of the very first cohort to graduate from AUK.
Soon after graduation, Taiba worked at Zain Kuwait throughout 2007-2008 as a Sponsorship & Events coordinator, before ending her short time at Zain as an Advertising & promotions team member in their Marketing & Communications department. Prior to her self-taught success and attribution, Taiba’s first experience with entrepreneurship began in 2009, when she and her sisters established BTZ Group, a personal business venture. In 2016, a decision was made to shut its doors.
Next, she Co-Founded and was the Head of Product Mix at Floward, and today she is a partner at Serve Bakery, and Founder of “Lei Wa Lakom'.
